MINI MAGICIANS PROGRAM
Welcome to the Mini Magicians, our new and exciting Snowsports program crafted specifically for the youngest ski and snowboard enthusiasts! At Magic Mountain, we believe that learning to ski and snowboard should be a magical experience. Our Mini Magicians program is designed for kids aged 4-5, offering a playful and engaging introduction to the world of winter sports in a safe and supportive environment.
Ages: 4-5 years old
Half-Day: $250 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Full-Day: $450 (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Group Size: 2 Instructors per 10 kids
Lunch: Not included

Alrighty folks, buckle up your boots and strap in for the best darn ski and ride time of your life with the Magic Master’s Program at Magic Mountain! This isn’t just any ol’ Thursday afternoon shindig; it’s a full-on mountain shakedown for all you powder hounds and carving
connoisseurs out there! We’re talkin’ 8 glorious weeks of slashing, sliding, and skill-building, starting on the second Thursday in January 2025 (but hey, we’re takin’ a breather on the Thursday after that big ol’ long weekend in February). For just a cool $200 a pop for two hours of mountain mastery or a sweet deal of $1000 for the whole season, you’ll be in the groove with fellow ski and snowboard aficionados. This is where the slopes meet the social scene—like après-ski with a side of progression. Whether you’re looking to get your turns tighter or just wanna high-five your new mountain buddies, this program’s got your name written all over it. ALPINE TOURING

It’s not as hard as it looks! Guests should be upper-beginner level (on-piste) skiers or riders and be moderately fit. Learn the basics about the specialized equipment used for alpine touring, technique, etiquette, safety, nutritional needs, and personal responsibility/reliability. Appropriate terrain will be selected based on conditions and the ability/fitness of the group members.

HOURS OF OPERATION
SKI AREA: Normal operating days are Thursday-Sunday, plus Holidays Dec 26-Jan 1, MLK Monday Jan 20 and Presidents Week Feb 17-21. Lifts run 9a-4p on weekdays and 8:30a-4p on weekends. The Night Terrain Park is open under lights every Saturday Night from 4-7pm once park has enough snowmaking by Feb 15.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY CODE AT THE SKI AREA
- Always stay in control. You must be able to stop or avoid people or objects.
- People ahead or downhill of you have the right-of-way. You must avoid them.
- Stop only where you are visible from above and do not restrict traffic.
- Look uphill and avoid others before starting downhill or entering a trail.
- You must prevent runaway equipment.
- Read and obey all signs, warnings, and hazard markings.
- Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
- You must know how and be able to load, ride and unload lifts safely. If you need assistance, ask the lift attendant.
- Do not use lifts or terrain when impaired by alcohol or drugs.
- If you are involved in a collision or incident, share your contact information with each other and a ski area employee.
Winter sports involve risk of serious injury or death. Your knowledge, decisions and actions contribute to your safety and that of others. If you need help understanding the Code, please ask any ski area employee.
RULES OF USE at Magic Mountain:
Magic may remove/trespass persons from the ski area property for the following acts/behaviors:
- Violation of state/federal/local laws or regulations
-Threats of violence or communications or actions likely to incite imminent violence or other imminent lawless behavior on others
- Use of ski area trails/glades, lifts, parks without a valid lift ticket or pass
- Unauthorized resale or purchase of lift ticket or pass, or any other fradulaent use or alteration of ticket/pass
- Actions likely to cause harm to self or others such as a violation of closed areas, reckless/hazardous behavior on the slopes, including but not limited to reckless jumping, out-of-control skiing or boarding, excessive speed in slow areas, unauthorized construction of jumps or obstacles
- Sledding or tubing in unauthorized areas
- Unauthorized public use of snowmobiles, or other motorized vehicles in areas on the property or slopes
- Unauthorized removal, destruction, defacing, or relocation of any signs, barricades, rope lines or other warning or marking devices
- Reckless or hazardous behavior on lifts that may endanger self or others such as jumping from lift, deliberate excessive swinging of chairs, climbing towers or in any way interfering with the safe operation of the equipment
- Unauthorized overnight parking or camping
- Use of any unapproved/unauthorized equipment or downhill devices at the ski area
The ski area may report and enforce the Rules of Use, and may remove the persons who violate the Rules of Use. The ski area may use private security services or local law enforcement personnel to to enforece its rules of use.
