THE ALPINE UPDATE
MAGIC BLOSSOMING
August 8th

Our vision for Magic is blossoming!
Greetings from Londonderry,
The mood at Magic is upbeat and optimistic. We all have a lot to look forward to this coming winter, as well as right here, right now.
We've overcome a lot in the last few years in terms of a Covid epidemic, seemingly endless obstacles on the Quad installation, flood disasters, and some not-so-great winter weather. But, through it all, our team has kept its eyes on the prize: a much better ski area with more snowmaking and lifts; more entertainment space for our community to gather in and enjoy each other's company; and, an ever-better staff to serve you while you experience all that Magic now has to offer.
SKI MAGIC LLC continues to invest in an ever-better Magic (48 more snow guns coming this fall!!). In fact, we just met with Green Mountain Power today on our plans to begin making snow as soon as the temps drop after October 31st. So watch out 2024-25 Winter Season!
But, it's also time to simply enjoy all that we have here at our independent oasis right now. This weekend, we have another evening concert on the deck featuring two fantastic solo artists (Daniel Mason & Dylan Walshe) and the weather is now expected to be nice on Saturday after a very wet Friday. Then next weekend we have a 200+ wedding here! Always fun to have this mountain as a beautiful backdrop for two people making the loving, lifelong commitment to each other--oh, and the party will be going strong all night long, too!
Our team has worked hard to make our space welcoming and beautiful for all--no matter the season. And, I can't be prouder of what they have all created.
There's a lot more fun coming up this summer and fall as we prepare for winter, and we thank you in advance for enjoying it with us!
