Devo Program Ages 5-8

Devo is our development program for children to become better skiers or boarders. With a theme of “safety, fun, and learning” our goal is to build a foundation of skill and confidence. We will ski the entire mountain, including the terrain park and even run some race gates. We want the kids to explore what fits them best and get ready  to graduate  into the other programs (freeride, race, etc).

Ability requirements are experience loading and unloading on chairlifts, with minimal help, and the ability to control and maintain speed on blue trails & upper mountain. We go out in (almost) all weather, so parents need to be assertive about protective clothing.

Newcomers to the program will be evaluated by the Devo coaches to confirm they are a fit for the Devo group. If It’s determined they aren’t quite ready for Devo we will recommend options for snowsports instruction.

The Devo program start December 28th running through March 17th, on all weekends and long weekend’s

Training runs from 9:00 am to 11:45am  & 1:15pm 3:00pm with breaks with coaches (weather dependent). Lunch will be from 11:45am till 1:15pm. (There will be no coach supervision at lunch)
