Road to Ruin: Postponed TBD

This is a crazy mass down hill race–think Hot Dog the movie with its “Chinese Downhill”. There will be separate heats (with heat winners) formed from men, women, skiers, snowboarders and by age groups. Close to 10 heats in all. Then the winners of the heats face off in a final show down. The first to the finish line down Witch to Black Line, no matter the style, wins the $1,000. 2nd wins $350, and 3rd wins $150.

Each heat category starts at the same time and who ever finishes first down the hill goes on to the finals. In the finals, everyone starts at the same time as well. It’s a wild ride!

$70 entry fee with ski lift tickets separate. Limit to 100 competitors so purchase online here as same day registration is $75. Bibs and waivers will be available at the ticket office from 9-11am and there is a competitors meeting at 12:00 on the deck. Race start at 1pm, with each heat going separately and then one final race with all the heat winners.  Awards at 4pm on the deck. All are welcome to participate above the age of 10 to see who’s the first down the hill on the Road to Ruin! The event will be viewable from the Alpen Deck and live announced.
