Season Transition
Greetings from Londonderry,
The Labor Day holiday weekend is already upon us and that means kids are headed back to school, fall foliage will be coming later in September, and the gearing up and excitement for winter ski season is in the air!
Our mountain ops team is especially busy now with snowmaking projects getting completed; lift maintenance projects wrapping up with state inspections to follow; trail mowing intensifying; glade work days getting planned and prepped; and fall lift rides to Sunshine Corner festivities set to go by the end of the month!

Our inside operations/guest services team is also getting upgraded point-of-sale ticketing equipment/kiosks installed this month from Entabeni Systems to make getting on the ski hill quicker than ever. We will be adding new guest self-service ticket kiosks as well that print out your RFID card so there's no need to hit the ticket window if you don't want to. Pre-season tickets are getting loaded into our online e-store and will be going on sale via the website in a couple of weeks at special advanced discount pricing. Our popular Throwback Cards and Snowsports Lessons will follow on October 1. Freedom 4-Packs will have its online 10-day sale starting 11/20-11/30 (Cyber Monday).
We will also be joining the Indy "Learn-to-Turn" program this season which is such an affordable way for first-timers to get 3 lessons here for under $179 with tickets and rentals included! Also, Indy Pass just announced they are adding 50 more ski areas in the US and overseas. They will be opening up more sales this week to their Indy Pass waiting list first, and then possibly open to those not on the waitlist on September 8th! The Indy Pass is a great way to super charge your Magic Unlimited Pass, with the Indy Pass "Add-on" saving 20% on the cost of an Indy Pass. Stay tuned for more!

And, the beat rolls on for our BLT crew as they continue a banner summer season with more events planned for fall! Be sure to check out our final "Dog Days of Summer" concert this Saturday at 6pm on the Alpen Deck with our local fav jam band Unqualified. Friday is SINGO and Corn Hole with local dinner special is tonight.
